Reformer 60+ is a supportive Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for adults aged 60 and over. sessions focus on simple, effective exercises performed with good technique and control, helping maintain and develop strength, mobility, balance and confidence in movement.

A Smarter Way to Experience Mat Based Pilates
Our reformer beds have been custom designed with versatility in mind.
Each reformer includes a specially designed insert pad that allows the carrage to be transformed into a stable, supportive fixed platform. This means we can seamlessly switch between Reformer sessions and a wide variety of mat based classes without ever compromising on comfort or quality.
For our mat based classes, clients dont need to work on the floor. Instead, they can lie or move comfortably on the reformer iteslf, creating a more accessible, supported, and elevated training experience.

Our Back Active class is designed for those living with chronic back and/or hip pain. Drawing on the Pilates principles this class focuses on improving deep core strength, stability, and functional movement patterns. Through gentle, progressive movement and mindful repetition, we aim to help reduce sensitivity while supporting the body to feel safe and capable in movement.

Pilates Fusion combines traditional principles with light resistance from dumbbells and exercise bands, alongside elements inspired by yoga and functional training.
