The Foundation Membership gives you the flexibility to experience Reformer Pilates at your own pace, with one class per week to help you improve strength, mobility and confidence. With expert guidance, become part of a supportive, welcoming environment.
Ideal for those ready to commit to building real results.
With two classes per week, the Progress Membership allows you to build strength, improve posture, and see consistent progression in your movement. This is where transformation really begins, giving you the frequency needed to feel stronger, balanced and in control of your body.
For those wishing to really elevate strength and performance.
The Transform Membership provides three classes per week, delivering the intensity and consistency needed for defined, faster results. With regular sessions and expert coaching, you'll enhance strength, stability, and overall body control while fully immersing yourself in the studio experience.
The Core Membership gives you full access to our mat based classes, including Pilates Fusion and Back Active, all delivered with the same level of coaching and attention as our Reformer sessions.
A great introduction to Pilates, and a natural stepping stone for those considering Reformer classes in the future.
Need a little flexibility? Flex Reformer sessions allow you to take additional Reformer classes alongside your current membership without commiting to a higher membership package.
Whether you want to fit in an extra session in a particular week, boost your progress, or simply move more when it suits you, our Flex Sessions give you the freedom to train on your terms. These are exclusively available to members.
A fully personalised and rounded Pilates experience, tailored entirely for you.
Our 1-to-1 sessions go beyond the Reformer, giving you access to a range of specialist equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel, combined with mat-based practice. This allows us to create a session that is completly tailored to your body, your goals, and your level.
